Shipping policy

MADE TO ORDER

Each Nicki Huggins Studio piece is made to order in our Los Angeles workshop. Lead time on all pieces is approximately 8 weeks from order confirmation.


DELIVERY

Complimentary local delivery is available within 100 miles of our studio (ZIP 90290), depending on order size. Beyond 100 miles, freight is additional and paid by the client: furniture ships fully insured via LTL freight carrier within the contiguous United States. We source the best available freight pricing at the time of your order, quoted at order confirmation. White-glove delivery is available on request. For Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations, contact connect@nickihuggins.com for a quote.


ON ARRIVAL

Please inspect your order upon delivery and note any damage with the carrier before signing. Report transit damage within 48 hours to connect@nickihuggins.com with photos of the item and packaging.


RETURNS

Return freight is paid by the client; we are happy to organize the shipment for you. See our Return and Refund Policy for full terms.
