Nicki Huggins Studio is proud of our furniture and we have strived to make it in the most sustainable way possible. Our belief in the integrity of our products allows us to offer one of the most generous warranties in the furniture industry.

 

Limited Warranty Policy

Nicki Huggins Outdoor/ Indoor Furniture

Coverage Period

Stainless Steel Frame & Components:

  • Residential: 5 years from date of purchase
  • Commercial: 3 years from date of purchase
What This Warranty Covers
Stainless Steel Components
  • Structural integrity of frames and welds
  • Rust and corrosion damage under normal environmental conditions
  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
  • Hardware failure (nuts, bolts, screws)
Cushions & Upholstery
  • Residential and Commercial: 1 year from date of purchase
  • Fabric tears or rips under normal use
  • Seam separation
  • Excessive fading beyond normal wear
  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
  • Foam deterioration
  • Webbing deterioration
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
  1. Damage resulting from:
    • Improper assembly or use
    • Acts of nature (storms, flooding, extreme weather)
    • Accidents or abuse
    • Unauthorized modifications
  2. Normal wear and tear, includes:
    • Minor surface rust
    • Gradual fading from sun exposure
    • Scuffs and scratches to frames and so" goods
    • Minor color variations in frames and so" goods
  3. Environmental damage from:
    • Salt air in coastal locations
    • Pool chemicals
    • Tree sap
    • Bird droppings
    • Harsh cleaning chemicals
How to Make a Warranty Claim
  1. Contact our customer service department within 30 days of discovering the defect
  2. Provide:
    • Original proof of purchase
    • Product model number
    • Detailed description of the issue
    • Clear photos of the damage
    • Your contact information
Warranty Service 
Upon approval of your warranty claim, we will, at our discretion:
  1. Repair the defective product
  2. Replace the defective product or part
  3. Provide a pro-rated refund based on the remaining warranty period
Shipping Costs
  • Within warranty period: We cover shipping costs for approved claims
  • Customer responsible for shipping costs of denied claims
  • Customer responsible for proper packaging of all returns
Warranty Limitations
  • Replacement parts may be substituted if originals are unavailable
  • Replacement items may have minor variations in color or pattern
  • Pro-rated refunds calculated based on original purchase price
  • Maximum liability limited to original purchase price
