Not Covered
Improper assembly or use, accidents, abuse, unauthorized modification, or acts of nature such as fire, flood, earthquake, or extreme wind.
Normal wear — gradual sun fading, scuffs and scratches, minor color variations.
Environmental damage from salt air, pool chemicals, tree sap, bird droppings, or harsh cleaning chemicals.
Filing a Claim
Contact us within 30 days of discovering a defect. Include proof of purchase, the product model, a description, and clear photos.

Approved claims are resolved at our discretion by repair, replacement, or pro-rated refund against the remaining term. We cover shipping.
