Stainless Steel
Each frame is formed from 1″ round, 14-gauge stainless steel tubing — a heavier gauge than most outdoor furniture — then electropolished, a finishing process that smooths the metal at a microscopic level for superior resistance to corrosion and weather. Electropolish is the standard finish; custom powder coating is available in a wide range of outdoor and indoor colors. Stainless steel is endlessly recyclable, giving every frame a life beyond its own.
Performance Upholstery
All standard upholstery is PFAS-free performance fabric — free of forever chemicals, resistant to fading, staining, and microbial growth. The collection ranges from heathered linens to terry and bouclé. Marine leather and waterproof leather are available for indoor/outdoor use, and customer’s own material (COM) is welcome, subject to approval for upholstery suitability.
Webbing & Buckles
Seating is supported by a proprietary system of weatherproof webbing secured with stainless steel buckles. Cushion cores use high-resilience foam calibrated for support and comfort, encased in water-resistant muslin ticking, with every seam stitched in UV-stable polyester thread engineered to withstand sun, moisture, and temperature swings.
Terrazzo & Sintered Stone
Radius tables are offered with custom terrazzo tops or weatherproof sintered stone — materials that carry the spirit of California modernism and stand up to life outside.
